Chip In (Donate)

Local campaigns run on local support. Every contribution is recorded and reported, exactly as B.C. law requires — because the rules are the point, not the fine print.

The Rules, in Plain Language

A few things B.C. law requires — and I’m glad it does:

•  Only individuals can give. You must be a B.C. resident and a Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Businesses, unions, and organizations cannot contribute.

•  There’s a yearly limit per person (about $1,429.70 for 2026 — confirm the exact figure).

•  Give $100 or more and your name and amount are published by Elections BC.

•  Anonymous gifts over $50 can’t be accepted.

Optional Cheque or E-transfer

Prefer to give by cheque or e-transfer? Email us and we’ll send the details — the same rules apply.
